One-On-One Coaching
One-on-one coaching sessions can be conducted over the phone or via Zoom. Below is a list of the coaching options I offer. If you have something else in mind, just let me know. I am happy to customize my plans to suit your needs.
90-Minute Discovery Session | $120
A one-time, 90-minute session to jump start your healthy lifestyle, address one specific issue, or to follow up after you’ve completed one of my other coaching packages. Post-session notes and recommendations included.
The Fledgling Package | $250
Ideal if you are looking for guidance and support to start you on the right path for improved health and performance. Maybe you're interested in trying a new way of eating; need help identifying lifestyle shifts for you or your family; preparing for a physical competition; or just need more accountability and guidance to put your thoughts into actions!
Three sessions (recommended schedule: day 1, day 14, day 30);
Monthly Coaching Package "The Developing Feathers to Fly Package"
$160 a month; 6-month minimum commitment | $175 a month; 3-month minimum commitment
Perfect to identify core challenges and devise practical strategies for sustainable health improvements. Designed for anyone ready to dive into the process of creating permanent change through personalized coaching support.
Think you might need something a bit different? We can design a plan to meet your goals and scheduling needs. Inquire about program options and cost.
